crimes Sebastian Michael Tackling, 43, of Fargo, North Dakota, United States earned his bachelor's degree in instrumental music education from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, USA. He earned his master's degree in music from North Dakota State University in Fargo. Tackling has lived in different parts of Minnesota including Northfield, Duluth, Saint Paul, St. Cloud and St. Louis Park.
