As director of architecture and construction, Leslie Garner oversees the design and construction of the $230 million Saint Louis Zoo WildCare Park, ensuring that the zoo's aesthetic, animal care and welfare, conservation, sustainability and budgetary goals are met. The WildCare Park project, set to open in 2027, was designed using community input, working with volunteers and neighbors to create an experience that the area wants and needs.
