Not to counter the negative review left a couple of months ago, but I want to share my positive experience so far with Excelsior Group. I moved into their Minneapolis building 2 months ago without having seen the unit in person, and must say I was pleasantly surprised by both the building and unit upon move in. Everything was very well maintained and I absolutely love the building's finishings. Even before I moved, the staff was incredibly helpful in my apartment search and in accommodating my needs, -especially since I was looking to sign a lease before moving to Minneapolis. I worked with Andrew and he even went out of his way to take photos of the units for me, which no other management staff at other buildings ever did. Two months in, my positive experience has certainly been sustained. I've had a couple of issues with the electrical circuiting and kitchen drainage, but on both occasions the management was able to send someone over and addressed the issues in a timely manner. We recently experienced a change in management. I only hope that the dedication and genuine efforts to address the community's needs are carried on as it truly helps to differentiate from other building communities.
